This can be done in either the 'Wine Cellar' view or individual 'Wine' view.

This procedure is very similar for adding and duplicating bottles as well.

In the Wine cellar view click on the arrow in the actions column on the right hand side of the wine you want to add, duplicate or delete a bottle from. In this picture we chose 'subtract bottles.' from the Butternut Chardonnay

Or:

You can also access this operation in "cellar" view by a clicking or tapping on the pencil icon) in the 'wine cellar' view, above and then choosing from the menu at the bottom of the 'Wine view' Edit Details"window below:

This opens up a window that will give you many options for you to record how and why are you are adding or subtracting bottles from your inventory.

For instance, if you drank the bottle you can choose (record a drink) and another window will open and give you plenty of options to describe the enjoyment of that bottle, such as amount, with whom, where, and also the food pairing.

Fill in as many fields as you like and then 'save and close.'

This procedure is very similar for adding and duplicating bottles as well.

Any other form of inventory change will ask you to save from the left side of the lower panel in the edit inventory window:

You can check your inventory changes by clicking on the 'HISTORY' tab next to Inventory. It shows 'current inventory' and 'history' of changes.

You can 'edit or delete' the change by clicking on the triangle to the right of the row for that inventory event.

If you edit in the HISTORY panel, remember to save at the bottom.

You will see the results in wine 'cellar view' if you have quantity (QTY) showing as a column.
