If you were a prior user of PWC 3.5, your Cellar is a little different.

We make the distinction in the current version that Cellar includes only those wine records with bottles in your actual cellar. Also note: Cellar refers to all wines with quantities across ALL of your wine cellars (home, storage facility, office, etc). If you have multiple wine cellars, please read this article.

The wine icon in the header and "My Wines" from the main menu will both take you to your list of wines in your Cellar.

When viewing your wine list, you will have buttons on the bottom of the screen to filter your active list as you choose:

All - includes every wine record (those out of stock, those in stock, favorites, etc.)

Cellar - only includes those wines that have at least 1 bottle. This is the default view/filter.

Favorites - all wines that you marked as a favorite (you can mark a wine as a favorite by clicking/touching the star icon when viewing the wine)

Wish List - all wines you marked to your wish list. You can use this as your next shopping list. You can mark wines that aren't in your cellar to your Wishlist if they aren't already in your cellar. Just check the Wishlist box from the Inventory tab when viewing a wine record. When adding a new wine, the Wishlist flag is at the top of the screen.

Wish List - all wines you marked to your wish list. You can use this as your next shopping list. You can add wines to your Wishlist if they aren't already in your cellar. Just check the Wishlist box from the Inventory tab when viewing a wine record. When adding a new wine, the Wishlist flag is at the top of the screen.

Tasted Only - all wines you added to record only as a tasting. This is useful for recording tasting notes or ratings of wines you may have tried at a restaurant or friend's house so you'll know whether to buy it or avoid it. You can add wines to your Tasted Only list if they aren't already in your cellar. Just check the Tasted Only box from the Inventory tab when viewing a wine record. When adding a new wine, the Tasted Only flag is at the top of the screen.

On Order - includes all wine records that you recorded a purchase for and marked as On Order. When they've arrived you can mark them as arrived from the Inventory tab or you can edit the transaction you marked as On Order in the History tab.

Out of Stock - all wine records that were in your Cellar at one point but are no longer in stock.
